Connecting with others in a welcoming setting is a great way to grow relationships. We offer a variety of educational and peer connection opportunities as well as fun family events for kinship caregivers across the state.

Parenting Classes
Anyone in a parenting/caregiving roll can enroll in free virtual classes to build parenting skills, learn about child development, improve family communication, and learn positive discipline strategies.
Virtual Empowerment Meetings
Anyone across the state can participate in our monthly Informational and Peer to Peer Empowerment meetings through a computer or phone!
Participation is free and door prizes are provided! Attendance at the meetings can be applied toward foster parent licensure. All kinship caregivers, foster parents, and professionals serving families are welcome to join us!

Certificates of Attendance
Individuals can earn hours toward foster parent licensure by attending our virtual meetings. Certificates of attendance are provided once a month for participants that need to provide verification of session participation or show hours of attendance.
